Welcome to www.boomr.co.uk ("BOOMR"). BOOMR is a on music based website that offers a platfom to musicians for promotional purposes. Musicians can use the platform to expose information about themselves and also place files containing music or musical elements. BOOMR is only available to musicians who have ownership of the copyrights of the files they upload to the website.

The terms and conditions apply to all products and services of BOOMR, including all products and services that will be added in the future.

1. Conditions and Restrictions on Use

By signing up for an account in the artist section of BOOMR you agree with these terms and conditions. You are also aware that these terms and conditions are subject to change. You acknowledge that you will check the terms and conditions regularly. Violating our terms and conditions may result in deleting, blocking or suspending your account without prior notice.

2. Registration

BOOMR artist accounts are exclusively available to musicians and representation firms of musicians, such as record labels, management agencies and booking agencies. Accounts who will be registered by other organisations can be deleted by BOOMR without prior notice. BOOMR does not approve artists before they become visible on the website. Artists will be able to create an account without any approvement of BOOMR. Therefore BOOMR can not be held responsible for the content on the profile of the artist. Any pictures or audio files can contain copyrighted material. BOOMR has the right to delete accounts at any give time without having to give any explenation whatsoever.

3. Name

By registering for an account you give BOOMR a non-exclusive license to expose your (artist) name, biography, photo material and audio files.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you are fully responsible for any content on your profile, such as but not limited to audio, data, code, text, music, information, blogs, tour data, software, pictures, photo material, graphics, video, messages, files or any other material ("Content"), that you distribute publicly or privately through BOOMR. This means that you not BOOMR are responsible for alle above Content that is uploaded or distributed via e-mail or any other way to BOOMR. You grant BOOMR the right to remove all or only parts of the Content on your profile and you acknowledge that BOOMR is not obliged to give an explenation of the reasons why. Illegal use of the products and services of BOOMR will be researched and legal action will be taken accordingly.

5. Content of License

By placing Content on BOOMR you acknowledge that you are the owner of the Content placed by you. You are aware that for the Content you place on BOOMR, you do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, portrait rights, copyrights or any other rights that belong to the intellectual property of someone else.

You agree to pay for all royalties to any person who has the ownership of the Content you place on BOOMR.

6. Responsibility

You agree that BOOMR is not responsible for the Content on BOOMR under any circumstances. All damage caused as result of the Content on BOOMR will be paid for by the person who placed the Content, or granted the permission to someone else to place the Content. The owner of the account is even responsible when the content is placed by someone who obtained the login-information in an illegal way. All financial losses or lost data (including any legal costs) will paid for by the owner of the account.

7. Compensation

All ideas and/or questions that you send to BOOMR and its employees or partners are free of rights, which means you are not entitled to any royalties or compensation if BOOMR decides to exploit these ideas commercially. By agreeing with these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you fully understand this agreement and that BOOMR cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your name/image or other business that concerns you. You also acknowledge that you are fully aware of the legal rules of intellectual property.

8. Modifications

BOOMR has the right to change these terms and conditions without any written announcement.
